Audio Ministry - Provides audio technical support of the Journey of Faith Church services and events.
Liturgical Dance Ministry - Performs dances for the congregation and other local churches in an effort to uplift its audiences and glorify God.
Education Ministry - Responsible for managing and coordinating the children's, youth, and adult Bible Studies and Vacation Bible School.
Outreach Ministry - Responsible for offering guidance and support to families in need.
Health & Welfare Ministry - The purpose of this ministry is to assist the Journey of Faith Church and its members in being involved in direct service to persons in needs by attending to their health and welfare. The Health and Welfare Ministry is also responsible for servicing, educating and nurturing our congregation in efforts to promote health, healing and wholeness. There may be occasions when members of our congregation are in need of emergency medical attention or perhaps have a health related question/concern. Many of the Health and Welfare Ministry members are licensed and trained medical personnel and are available to offer confidential and professional health services as often times we wait for EMT (Emergency Medical Techs).
Marriage Ministry - Responsible for teaching married couples how to experience the fullness of the marriage covenant and avoid practices that serve to weaken the relationship.
Music Ministry - Provides the music and choir for worship service.
Men's Ministry - (Journey Men) The Journey Men are a group of men from the age 18 and older who are men that encourage other men to become disciples of Jesus Christ who pursue and fulfill our God-given purpose. As sons, brothers, fathers, husbands, leaders and mentors we are seeking to provide opportunities for fellowship, spiritual development and service to other men and boys in a non-threatening and non-judgmental environment throughout the church and community. 2 Tmothy 2:15
Prison Ministry - Ministers to various correctional facilities providing inmates with an opportunity to worship.
TNT - This group of volunteers provides Tuesday Night Tutoring (TNT) to children in grades K -12 in various subjects as needed.
United Methodist Women (UMW) - United Methodist Women shall be a community of women whose purpose is to know God and to experience freedom as whole persons through Jesus Christ; to develop a creative, supportive fellowship; and to expand concepts of mission through participation in the global ministries of the church.
Worship Ministry - The purpose of this ministry is to coordinate a total worship experience for the community of faith.
Youth & Young Adult Ministry - Coordinates activities for children in grades 6 through 12. They address concerns of the youth in our community so that they might grow in their understanding of themselves and the Christian faith.
